Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of art.52 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the delivery of the products ordered. In the event that the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal will be required to send a communication to the email address shop@tricomix.it and to provide for the shipment of the product that must be returned intact in its original packaging.

 Without prejudice to the possibility of verifying compliance with the foregoing, P.L.E. Cosmetica Srl will refund the amount of products purchased in the shortest possible time and in any case within the maximum period of 14 days from the communication with the object of the Customer’s will to exercise the right of withdrawal.

 The customer, once exercised the right of withdrawal, is required to return the purchased product, which must be returned intact in its original packaging, to the company P.L.E. Cosmetica Srl, within 14 days from the day of the notice of withdrawal and must bear the cost of shipping the products.
